Add ARKS (https://arks-codegen.github.io/), a general pipeline for retrieval-augmented code generation. We found that different sources help a lot on the quality of the generated code, especially on the scenario of unfamiliar library (Web - web search, Exec - execution results, Code - previously generated code, Doc - code documents):
