The agent posted these conversations in the same time... probably duplicates 😅

mmmh do we know what happens? This time were just a 10 issues but if the next time are 100 can be a problem. @millions-crayon-32880 can you share the convo?
m
it seems it tried many methods of issue creation
i asked the agent to: • edit a file describing how to create issues • then create an issue detailing the change
I still have the environment, the agent says it only did one issue lolsob
some relevant logs event_000144_db016060-ad30-4fc4-a6e3-61fe1b1ea313.json reasoning_content: "\nThe output is not showing the actual result. The command seems to be completing without errors but also without output. Let me try to check if the script file exists and run it again.\n" event_000148_7a0a849d-bd99-48c1-b1c1-a8255f8f42ef.json reasoning_content: "\nSomething is seriously wrong with the terminal - it's concatenating all my commands together. Let me try using a fresh shell or the file_editor tool to create the script.\n"
seems that this command broke it `'gh issue create --title "Integration tests not run automatically for model additions" --body "## Problem\n\nWhen adding a new model to
resolve_model_config.py
, integration tests were mentioned but the process to trigger them was unclear and manual. This led to PRs being created without running the integration tests first.\n\n## Solution\n\nUpdated
ADDINGMODEL.md
to document the
gh workflow run
command for triggering integration tests with the correct parameters:\n\n```bash\ngh workflow run integration-runner.yml \\\n -f model_ids=your-model-id \\\n -f reason=\\"Testing new model from PR #<pr-number>\\" \\\n -f issue_number=<pr-number> \\\n --ref your-branch-name\n```\n\nThe workflow order was also adjusted to:\n1. Create draft PR first\n2. Run integration tests\n3. Fix issues if needed\n4. Mark PR ready when tests pass\n\nThis ensures integration tests are explicitly triggered and results are posted back to the PR."'`
What happened: • convo goes for a while, modifying a file about creating issues and PRs • we also discuss that agents know how to create issues • agent is asked to create an issue about creating issues • agent runs a gh command containing another gh command as data • mixes up backslashes • output becomes corrupted • agent maneuvers in the dark • having no feedback creates many issues • detects that the output is corrupted and tries to fix it • The terminal spontaneously recovered at event 173

@quick-window-91705 I thought was a similar case of recursion but it seems correct 🫣
