I know we're working on the slack flow but this was a weird message. I think OpenHands was confused with our followup prompt

Yeah there’s a thing in the prompt that attempted to make it stop repeating itself in successive runs. It seemed necessary … uh, I forget how long ago that was. I think we’re about to kill all that summary.

Was this w/ GPT-5.4? I see this frequently -- we should fix the prompt so it’s clear what should be in the summary.
