Is there an issue with LiteLLM in planning mode on personal? I ran into this on my personal org three times will trying to use planning mode. It still happened when did the plan mode with no picture attached. In my secrets, etc. I do not pass a litellm key at any time. I was using minimax2 and it failed. I switched to gpt5.2 and it still fails. gpt5.2 code mode works. in alpha organization mode, i am using gpt5.4 and planning mode works. Created GitHub Issue

if your base URL in LLM settings is empty you will default to openapi

i don't used advanced so there is no URL just tested again

It's worth trying to replicate as Jamie said, because what probably happens is that when the agent is changed to planner agent, the

prefix is not recognized or the base url is not transferred over to the other agent's LLM
