Is there any way to recover from `Conversation Error: Conversation Error Code: KeyError  Detail: 'functions.file_editor:99'` or is the conversation shot at that point? :worried:

Hmm, when I have a conversation that gets completely broken like this (which is luckily increasingly rare), I start a new conversation and ask OpenHands to read the files from the previous conversation storage and continue where it left off, it usually works well

Also if you’d be able to ask OpenHands to debug why this error happens and open an issue that’d be amazing (I’m also happy to do it if the conversation history is not sensitive).
