It's a bit finicky at times. If you click the localhost link in the chat, can you see it in your own browser?

No, I assume they are in the dockerized sanbox and the ports are not mapped

If you find the option to browse installed skills, look at the one called

work_hosts

and it will tell you what ports the app needs to use to be externally accessible. The app needs to use one of those and if you include "running on an externally accessible port" in your prompt then it should pick one itself correctly. If you want to see the app in the app tab specifically then the app has to enable CORS support. If you update that prompt to "running on an externally accessible port with CORS enabled" then it should do the right thing.
