Is there a repo where we are sharing custom agent tools that aren't part of the core SDK? I have a tool I'd like to contribute for working with markdown files that does things like linting, formatting, renumbering sections, moving sections, promoting / demoting sections, ensuring TOC is up-to-date, etc.?

BTW I am working on plugins that will load custom tools into agents but it isn't ready yet.

Yeah, that’s fine but you can do:

linting
- SKILL.md
- scripts
 - linting_script.py

and then explain how to use linting_script.py in the skill. The advantage of doing this is that you can use all the other machinery around skills

True--I could have created it as a command-line utility w/ a skill but found that observation framework in SDK tools provided better visibility to agent for intense document manipulation.

OK, makes sense! Maybe we can make another “tools” directory in OpenHands/extensions then?

Will do! Then when we can ship tools as plugins I can move it!
