Do we still need to display the task list on the chat interface after introducing the Task List tab? 🧵

The ticket has this requirement:

• The conversation history should continue to show the task list as updates are made.

Rationale: My hunch is it's still valuable to see the task list update as the conversation history moves along. However, it's also valuable to see it as a separate tab. I think we can decide later if it's too redundant, but for now my thinking was 1) let's keep it in the conversation history, and 2) decide later if we want to remove it.

We still need to add a custom scrollbar and highlight the current task item, as we don’t know how long the task list may become. For this reason, it may be better to define a custom scrollbar specifically for this panel instead of using custom-scrollbar-always, and then make any necessary styling adjustments to support both the scrolling behavior and the task highlighting.
