I was going back through trajectories on CLI to understand why it took longer than SaaS to fix things. One of the main contributors appears to be an issue w/ SubprocessTerminal which I have reported in #2181 and fixed in #2182. Review appreciated. Expect this to be a big improvement to the CLI on MacOS without tmux.
