I love claude code's suggested next messages. you just hit tab to accept it

I didn’t check specifically, just guessing that’s a Haiku under the hood

I experimented with a tiny Gemini flash on something like this, real time on-the-fly tool summaries, and you’d never notice there was an LLM there, it’s very fast

@nutritious-balloon-65098 make an issue for this on Openahands/OpenHands-CLI if one doesn't exist

I'm on it! Graham Neubig can track my progress here.
## Summary I created a new feature request issue on the OpenHands-CLI repository: Issue #529: "Feature: Suggested next messages with tab-to-accept (Claude Code-style)" https://github.com/OpenHands/OpenHands-CLI/issues/529 ### What I did: 1. ✅ Searched existing issues (both open and closed) for related terms: "suggested", "autocomplete", "tab", "quick", "follow-up", "prompt" 2. ✅ Verified no duplicate issue exists (issue #512 is about Tab navigation in settings, which is different) 3. ✅ Created the issue with: - Clear description of the Claude Code-inspired feature - Proposed tab-to-accept behavior - Concrete example use cases - Implementation notes about using fast models (Haiku/Gemini Flash) for real-time suggestions - Configuration considerations No code changes were made - this was purely an issue creation task, so there's nothing to commit or push.
