Slack bot thinks I told it not to use tools?

What LLM was it? I saw this a few times and I think we have something in the prompt that surfaces for some (I saw it on GPTs)

about the conversation. I do think we'd be better off to just give the original LLM response. The current behavior is IMHO a relic from the past
