02/18/2026, 10:01 AMHello OpenHands Cloud Team,
I have a GitHub and GitLab account. I am unable to sign in with either account on OpenHands Cloud.
Both were used in the early days when each service provider was a separate user.
Is this due to a wider authentication issue?
Thank you,
Ryan

02/18/2026, 10:08 AMIf this is not an issue with wider authentication, was it a VPN or Browser issue.
Did I get blocked for content?
Can I alleviate concerns.
