## Summary

I fixed the title case nit by changing "Waiting For Sandbox" to "Waiting for sandbox" (sentence case) in two files:

1. **`frontend/src/utils/utils.ts`** (line 786) - Updated the docstring example comment
2. **`frontend/__tests__/utils/utils.test.ts`** (line 14) - Updated the mock translation to match
