If i want to integrate the openhands in a local rust based ide, then which repo i should use for this case: Openhands agent sdk or CLI (with ACP)?? like if i want to make Cursor's agent mode, but with Openhands
c
I think maybe CLI with ACP, does the IDE support ACP?
b
@calm-artist-7206 Thanks for reply currently it doesn't support ACP, but i am looking for a sure answer that which one to use, if CLI with ACP is sure answer then i will develop the ACP support in my ide
c
Yes! That sounds great, please look it up, it's an emerging standard for exactly integrating agents in the IDE, like Cursor's agent mode

@limited-student-10747 @calm-artist-7206 In the Openhands main repo or the Agent SDK repo does ACP is integrated in it? or it is only available with CLI?
c
It was merged and it’s been worked on, in the OpenHands-CLI repo
b
@calm-artist-7206 Sorry i didn't understood, you mean ACP currently available in CLI repo only?
c
@brash-engine-38895 You can see there how it works in Zed and with Toad, Xingyao added videos to the large, original PR ^^
b
Thanks! I checked the PR and the Toad/Zed integration, now i got it.
