Add a preset for GPT-5.x which uses

tool. The preset is just for users to quickly get an Agent with those tools. We could limit it to the set of tools itself, and not an agent preset, too, if we'd prefer that way. https://github.com/OpenHands/software-agent-sdk/pull/1462
