I think it’d be nice to have that ability but I’m not sure whether we want that as the default or not.

So we could have “new by default reuse optional”, or “reuse by default new optional”

I think defaulting to reuse is a good idea. Certainly less wasteful

and it fits your mental model better, where you can send 1 comment and then follow up with a clarification, the way you would w/ an engineer

but it makes it harder to do separate things in parallel

Maybe review threads can always default to follow up messages

To do things in parallel, start a new thread - github also allows you to start new threads on the same files lines

Alternatively, when users start a review thread we can send back the progress comment

[] Reuse convo for follow up messages```
If they click the checkbox, we get a webhook event registering their preference for the thread

From then on all subsequent comments in the same thread will go to the existing convo
