Hi, I am having trouble correctly defining boundary conditions for my case. I have tried to illustrate the setup in the image. It is a LES-VOF simulation (interFoam) with water and air inlets as defined. "top" and "back" are noslip walls, "middle" is a symmetryPlane, "bottom" is a farfield/open-outlet type. At the outlet, i am expecting both air and water to exit simultaneously, as seen in the second image. Once the air reaches the outlet, I am having some velocity spikes and the simulation generally becomes very unstable, and I believe it is due to boundary conditions. I have also attached my 0/U and 0/p_rgh files, I am open to any suggestions!
