Ah this is charge transport, look at electrolysers and how those are simulated (maybe). Not sure how accurate that will be because of these high voltages, I am not sure if you need interaction with magnetic fields and such, things become (a lot more) complicated. I think it is not trivial, I would not know how the charge would carry fluid with itself. Probably some body force that depends on the charge velocity and concentration
