For a flow in a pipe with different restrictions (valves, filter, orifice..), seems like the delta_p vs massflow of the components can be modeled with a porous zone and playing with these C1 C2 coeffs. Is that a practice you saw or is that overkill and there's a simpler way to do that? And I know that CFD is not needed for pipe calculations, I just love to waste my time
