My challenge is for next 30 days. I intend to do 25+ deepwork sessions (preferably between 6-8am). What actions are important for me to make sure I have no hurdles? -Sleeping on time (10pm) -Deciding what I want to work on a day prior I have been already practicing this since last 1 week and I am already at 1 hour of deep work. My goal is distributed in 4 phases : May 2 - May 8 : 1.5 hours of deep work May 9 - May 15 : 2 hours of deep work May 15 - May 21 : Either sustain 2 hours of deep work OR try 2.5 hours May 22 - May 30 : 0.5 incremental hour over last phase Tools which are going to aid me- -morning coffee -morning 5 min mobility -quick breathing sessions in between -Will keep the thread updated with interesting anecdotes, pictures and random gyan Inspired by my good friend @palash πŸ™‚
