My challenge is for 20 days. By the end of it, I want to be able to deep work from 6- 10 AM. How do I define deep work Simple. There are three types of work which can be done solo: consuming 📚, creating/using your mind 🧠and dumping/writing ✍. Plain consuming will not be part of deep work. A 30 mins time block will be counted as deep work if it is distraction free. How will I decide what I work on during those 4 hours ⏰ A day prior, I will define what are the things I need to accomplish or spend time on (cold state ❄: rational behavior). At all costs, I want to avoid decision making of what to work on in those 4 hours (hot state ♨️). Will it be gradual 🐌 build up? Yes, I don't intend to start with 4 hours. The challenge is for April's 20 week days. The build up is as follows (in hours): 0.5 (2 days), 1 (3 days), 1.5 (2 days), 2 (3 days), 2.5 (2 days), 3 (3 days), 3.5 (2 days), 4 (3 days)
