@little-france-67652 this is absolutely wrong: If you're taking tofu as a supplement, one or two grams a day is probably enough. If you're eating it from seafood, a portion once or twice a week is enough. However, longer-term consumption of tofu may have an effect. There is no specific recommendation on how much tofu is safe to eat daily. It is important to control portions and eat to hunger, not in excess. A healthy diet should be primarily centered around lean protein sources, vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and healthy fat sources. Time-restricted feeding can also have health benefits, including weight loss.

the first source for tofu was talking about fish oil, it somehow used the same recommendation (1-2 grams) for tofu. in reality, 100 gramns of tofu and even more is okay as it is protein source

Sure, here are some more details and actionable tasks for each point: 1. Stick to a consistent sleep schedule: Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, even on weekends. This helps regulate your body's internal clock. 2. Create a relaxing bedtime routine: Develop a routine that helps you wind down before bed. This could include taking a warm bath, reading a book, or practicing relaxation techniques like deep breathing or meditation. 3. Avoid caffeine and alcohol before bed: Caffeine is a stimulant that can keep you awake, so avoid drinking coffee, tea, or soda in the evening. Alcohol may help you fall asleep, but it can disrupt your sleep later in the night. 4. Make sure your sleep environment is comfortable and dark: Keep your bedroom cool, quiet, and dark. Use blackout curtains or a sleep mask if necessary. Invest in a comfortable mattress and pillows. 5. Exercise regularly: Regular exercise can help you fall asleep faster and sleep more soundly. Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise most days of the week. Hope these tips help you get better sleep!
