Hey there! depictio loading We built a dashboard for drop, and we would love your eyes on it 🔍 Genome browser (JBrowse 2), the main feature of 1.20: the candidate genes on one axis, with their reads. Docs, with examples Depictio (open source, from EMBL) turns the output of a workflow run into an interactive dashboard you can share, so nobody has to write a Shiny or Streamlit app for each project. Point a template at any run of a pipeline and you get the same dashboard, which you can edit (UI & YAML), version and comment. 🧬 The drop dashboard template shows the candidate genes of aberrant expression, aberrant splicing and mono-allelic expression, each one opened on its reads in the genome browser. 🙌 Could you have a look? Tell us what is useful, what is misleading and what is missing, in #C0AFS06G9HR (all templates and details there) or in the drop GitHub discussion. Even one line helps, thank you! @Nicolas Vannieuwkerke might interest you 🙂 > Illustration example (nf-core/riboseq dashboard, not drop data), more example in https://nfcore.slack.com/archives/C0AFS06G9HR/p1793808884575879
