I think

mosdepth_fast_mode

is easier to understand than

mosdepth_no_fast_mode

ah sure. doesnt' matter to me really. I always find the

--boolean_param false

a bit weird, instead of

--boolean_param

from a usability perspective. but agreee that the param name is easier to understand

Usage docs?

hm I removed them, because it is all in the flag description. I am not sure what the usage doc would add
