Hello all -- would it be worth adding support for https/ftp protocol switching in the pipeline? I note

fastq-dl

already supports this via

--protocol

although it isn't exposed in the pipeline parameters. We're having recurring issues with ftp on our system, so an https option would be very appreciated. happy to draft a PR for this if it sounds sensible. Thanks!
