Hey! Where should I report documentation issues?

I think here it should clarify to run `nf-core pipelines sync` on the TEMPLATE brach (as it does in the cli help message)

are you sure about that? I think one should start from `dev` and sync then anyway switches to the template branch to create all the files <https://github.com/nf-core/tools/blob/main/nf_core/pipelines/sync.py#L146>

Also the links work locally, I don't know why the online version is inserting `overview/` into the urls before the pages...
