We have an issue with our pipeline tests, here is a PR that seems to fix it: github.com/nf-core/ampliseq/pull/1134 I feel not comfortable to review this because I feel I have not sufficient knowledge how that works and what could be adverse effects. If anyone versed in that could have a look and judge that, that would be great.
