This is for #C0C6WPPDT0R. I've run Busco on multiple protein fasta files + on the genome, for each sample, but I'd like to show only the results of the final proteome file in the generalstats table

Can you not filter out the stuff you don't want during report generation?

Well, that's the thing 🤔 I want to include all files for the module plots, but I'm stuck when trying to keep one file per sample for the generalstats table at report generation time
