I think I've addressed everything from your Sep 28 review: posted a reply on the modkit_args question (point 4), re-pointed modkit/dmr at the now-merged nf-core/modules#13021, added usage/output docs + CHANGELOG, and CI's fully green. No rush if you're busy, just flagging it's ready whenever you get a chance to take another look.
