100% true, but not necessarily bad. There is still uncovered domain that needs new nf-core pipelines. The only problem is, will people commit

LLM usage definitely makes it easier to contribute. One can get it to handle the git operations that would normally trip people, and help with actual coding too.

Yes agreed but there is also people using AI to write their comments and I just hate it 😞 but yeah new pipelines that are following our standards is a good thing

Yeah. I see those and feels quite clear. It definitely makes it harder to know if it's been approved by the person behind it. I think that's our main worry. We have no idea how much the person behind it has checked what was being posted.

At least most bots are better at following standards than humans. Thank you nf-core, our foundation is finally seeing value :p

It comes in waves throughout the year: this is a bad time, new PhD students have started their new programs etc 😉
