Looks like v26 is missing from Maven central repo (only up to 25.x.x) is there an alternative maven repo to pull the jar file for the latest versions? I'm using grandle to manage builds I rather want to avoid keeping and mantain a local copy of dependency jars.

Are you referring to Nextflow itself? If so you should ask on the Nextflow slack - this is for nf-core

I'm pretty sure we stopped using Maven, so I think this is expected. Worth asking on the forum to confirm though. I'm not sure what the best alternative is.
