`nf-core td ls` is not grepable because it asks for another user input. Would be awesome and helpful to also be able to pass that in somehow, so you can also pipe greps :smile:

Yes, the listing is constrained to individual branches right now because quite a lot of api requests are required otherwise.
So the autocomplete is useful to "browse"

If you know what you are looking for it's just: `nf-core td ls -b mag`

And to list the branches as they show up in the autocomplete: `nf-core td lsb` :wink:

`nf-core td ls -b modules | grep omics` for example
