Yes. My general attitude is that standards should serve a purpose and I can't see that addition of this is harmful and having it in the repo makes life easier for other developers. (This particular file is actually the product of your skill. Worked nicely.)

I suppose so. The file is the product of a skill of Evangelos' and is rather natural IMO. But I'll wait.
