Hello! In my QIIME2 input folder, I do not have a file called taxa-bar-plots. Is this normal? If it is not normal, how can I fix it? I think I am missing some plots from my output. Thanks!

The docs (nf-co.re/ampliseq/2.18.0/docs/output#…) say that there should be a

qiime2/barplot/index.html

Yes it just contains a link to QIIME2 and says that I provided 5 metadata columns.

Hello, I thought that I should have a file in qiime2/input/ called taxa-bar-plots. However, my output folder looks the same as your screen shot, so it should be fine. Thank you both!
