so yeah, bai/crai and fai were created in the same subworkflow.
I moved modules out of the subworkflow and directly where I think they belong.
so fai creation in the root <http://main.nf|main.nf>
bai/crai creation in the bamtofastq workflow (so more or less same location).

all tests snapshots are unchanged
