Update from the nf-core/cellpainting developer meeting yesterday Attendees: @Josh Shapiro @Kate Bowers No major developments in the past few weeks as people have been away or didn't have time to work on the pipeline. We discussed two major items going forward: • @Florian Wuennemann will do the template update when he has time: github.com/nf-core/cellpainting/pull/56 🔩 • The other remaining PRs are mostly about Cytotable implementations. @Kate Bowers will check with @Dave Bunten for important Cytotable updates that would be good to wait for before includning any Cytotable PRs. 🔬 • We discussed a lofty goal of trying to have a v1 release before Christmas this year. 🚀 • If anyone has time / wants to contribute / has ideas for improvements don't hesitate to post here in the channel 😊
