Hi differentialabundance team, I noticed that the report html shows blank interactive plots when using --functional_method gsea (Version 2.0). While the test profile works fine, we observed it for the full_test and with our own data. The cause might be GSEA results having a trailing tab on every line. As workaround it worked to adapt the quarto template to drop empty-named columns, but maybe there are better ways to prevent/fix it?
