nf-core-module-dev

plugin to also output a report.md file with improvement suggestions to the upstream tool authors (e.g., add

--version

command to software if missing, or missing packages from the container, or any bugs found while creating the nf-core module, etc). Here is an example PR with some of those suggestions: github.com/nf-core/modules/pull/13002 I think it makes sense, since the bots are already spotting these findings (and working around), it's good to have a ready-to-use template to report upstream. Thoughts?
