LINKS is very fragile, I did some things that do not work on S3 (passing extra files via

), BWAMEM2 index process scaled ram poorly for gzipped inputs, and I misunderstood what "relaunch" in tower does

it can wait for a minor release

I guess what I am asking is, is it a good idea to switch to main before I do the whole release?
