Paolo is making some nice contributions to <#C0110R22NH3>, and chasing down a bug upstream of us, and finally reporting all back to nf-core.
Freya has been updated from 2.0.3 to 2.0.4, but there's a bug in the version reporting from the tool itself that report 2.0.3 as the version.
I do think we should manually display just 2.0.4 as we do in other modules with no versions report.
Apart from that minor issue there are couple of failures in the CI, anyone has any idea about it?

Plenty of other modules where we have to overwrite what the --version from the tool says, so that bit is not unusual. Just make sure it is clear where you set it that is why

But don't know what is going on with the error, presumably a missing dependency or some other issue with the code

I think Paolo and Claude can figure this one out
