The `checkm_download_url` param has a default pointing to Zenodo, which didn't resolve when I ran the pipeline. I wasn't going to run CheckM, so this wasn't needed but still stopped the pipeline from running because of an `"exists: true"` in the schema. Yeah, we have seen that before. I remember removing the nf-schema check for one or maybe two parameters for the same reason.

I also agree with Diego about removing the test - I know Claude will want to add tests anywhere but we don't have typical software development tests with pipelines as tehy are too big

Don't blame Claude: I asked it to add it -- I like tests! :slightly_smiling_face: But I agree with you in this case.
