nf-core

<https://github.com/erikrikarddaniel/nf-core-sativa|github.com/erikrikarddaniel/nf-core-sativa> is now ready to be transferred to nf-core as *taxmarker*. Approved as an nf-core pipeline. Renaming of code has so far only touched `dev`, not `master`. Let me know if you want me to do that too. I wouldn't mind becoming an admin.

It's a bit roundabout sorry, but doing it like this lets us keep the nf-core version as the head fork, so that PRs etc.go there automatically.

Once it's transferred you can fork it to your personal account again if you like

(though I'll also make you an admin on the nf-core org one)

Let me know when you've kicked off the transfer!

Transfer ongoing. I saw no way of changing the name so it remains `sativa`.
