So after the nf-core/config specs, the new pipeline config tutorial from @Chris Hakkaart, part three of the getting-configs-up-to-par campaign is ready! @Michael Geaghan has taken over something myself and @Júlia Mir started a while ago based on an idea that @Georgie Samaha worked on a couple of years ago, and Michael and kindly done most of the work and brought it to the finish line! TUI (a la the pipeline creation wizard), to help people make properly formatted and compliant configs both for nf-core and custom infrastructure configs and pipelines. I've done a first pass user testing, but we are looking for expert volunteers to also try out the application to find any bugs or make any suggestions on improving the experience.
