Hi everyone — we’re building GenomQC, a browser-based decision layer for MultiQC RNA-seq reports. It turns MultiQC JSON, TSV or CSV exports into: • explainable PASS / WARN / FAIL sample decisions • a focused review queue • visible thresholds and evidence traces • suggested next actions • JSON and print-to-PDF exports Selected report files are processed locally in the browser and are not uploaded to a GenomQC server. We’re looking for five RNA-seq users or labs to test export compatibility and threshold clarity. We’ll provide a complimentary compatibility check for your existing MultiQC export.
