Hey, I was doing investigation on a tool called MONAI using Gemini's Deep Research tool. It mentioned this workflow as a workflow that could benefit from it

It's not my area of expertise. I won't be working on it any time soon.

Thanks for sharing <@UNMC49PJS> this looks like its more focused on medical imaging like MRI scans etc. I couldn't find anything supporting cell based microscopy imaging but will have a deeper look!

If you have any findings before I do, please do report back. While the tool is from the medical imaging field, I believe there is supposed to be some overlap, but I need my collaborators to move forward a bit more before I can tackle this myself.

The main thing to investigate is how it's training and bundling as it likely doesn't have the models we need yet because of it's primary use being medical imaging
