I need help with this error <https://github.com/nf-core/variantbenchmarking/actions/runs/33636237535/job/100267702399?pr=322|github.com/nf-core/variantbenchmarking/…/100267702399?pr=322> the container configs are updated with the template update 4.1.0, but linter is failing..I also dont really understand why we need those configs now :smile:.

found the reason, the container configs were due to automatic fastqc container addition with the update. It was raising an erros as variantbenchmarking does have fastqc module.
