I reverted the <#C07URFZF074> Nextflow and nf-schema versions to match the template ones, but I get this error on the GitHub runner:
```WARN: Unrecognized config option 'validation.defaultIgnoreParams'
         WARN: Unrecognized config option 'validation.monochromeLogs'
         ERROR ~ No such variable: meta```

Also, this one had two PRs: <https://github.com/nf-core/proteinfamilies/pulls|github.com/nf-core/proteinfamilies/pulls>
Was I supposed to merge in 4.1.0 first (before 4.1.0-2)?
