My Claude thinks it found a way to use relative paths in docs, so we filed an issue with me assigned: github.com/nf-core/website/issues/4384

Pretty sure that we already have code in the website to handle links like these
So if it's not working, hopefully just a bugfix rather than a new feature needed

I have conservatively used absolute paths everywhere and it was not until I challenged Claude with what I presumed was non-working relative paths that this surfaced. Now that I check an instance where we thought this wasn't working (the "note on long read filtering" link in mag's output doc it does seem to work. I suppose I'll have to check the details again. Will close the issue if it turns out this actually works.

I got claude to dig into it: I was right, we did used to have this functionality
Resurrected it in a fairly small PR: github.com/nf-core/website/pull/4385

OK, good. I was just in an argument with my Claude which I never really understood. Will let him look at your PR.

I had to insist several times that we definitely did use to have it until my Claude found the old work 😅

I know the feeling... 🙂

Merged, thanks!
