I'm in the process of updating the `raxmlng` module to 2.0. When looking at that it's obvious to me that the tool supports different modes and should have subcommands, e.g. `raxmlng/search`. There are other pipelines using the original module so replacing the original 1.x `raxmlng` with 2.0 `raxmlng/search` would be disruptive. Am I allowed to _add_ `raxml/search` in parallel to the current? (I posted an issue too:  <https://github.com/nf-core/modules/issues/12865|github.com/nf-core/modules/issues/12865>)

I note that the deprecation mechanism we have actually requires the addition of the `raxmlng/search` module in parallel to `raxmlng` as it specifies that the alternative must be present when deprecating the old module.
