Has anyone tried github.com/huangnengCSU/compleasm? On paper seems quite an improvement over BUSCO.

We have used it a bit. My impression is that now that BUSCO supports (and uses by default) miniprot, that the differences are not so great any more.

I see. Going to test it to get some numbers then.
